Our next Culture Club reading group session turns to Martin Andersen Nexø’s "Læreår" from Pelle the Conqueror (in Danish: Pelle Erobreren) – a novel that vividly portrays the social, cultural, and emotional landscapes of rural–urban transformation at the turn of the 20th century.
