Session at the 17^th conference of the European Association for Urban History

We are organising the session Experiencing Transition in Modern Urbanization at the 17^th conference of the European Association for Urban History. The session explores transition as a perspective for studying urban–rural change in the twentieth century and beyond.

The conference takes place in Barcelona, Spain, 4 September 2026.

Workshop on the History of Labour Migration

Together with the Institute for Studies of Malmö’s History (Malmö University) and the Centre for Oresund Region Studies (Lund University), we are organizing a workshop on the history of labour migration in the southern Baltic region and the 19^th and 20^th of November 2026.

Interested participants can send an abstract of max. 500 words no later than 15 September.
